Definitions
Mundo Expert Corp. is a company within the wider Mundo and NTL ecosystem providing corporate, banking, advisory, real estate, residency, citizenship, and related international services.
Client means a natural or legal person who hires or requests services from Mundo Expert Corp. or from its related providers, advisors, partners, or representatives.

Direct expenses already paid or supported by the company, shipping costs, banking charges, intermediary expenses, and third-party costs are not refundable unless expressly agreed in writing.
Priority consultation payments may be non-refundable, but may be deductible from a final invoice when this is expressly offered by Mundo Expert.
Payments
The company may accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, crypto, cash, PayPal, Stripe, check, or other methods confirmed by the company. Account details are provided when requested and only through authorized channels.
The client is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment information. Cash payments are accepted only at company offices and against receipt.
Delivery Policy
Where physical delivery is required, Mundo Expert may use courier services such as DHL or another delivery provider agreed with the client. Shipping taxes, courier charges, and delivery expenses are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
The client must provide complete delivery details within the period requested by the company after being notified that documentation is ready for delivery.
Collections
The company may request payment of any amount owed by the client for services provided. In case of non-payment, Mundo Expert reserves the right to use lawful collection procedures and apply late payment rates or charges stated in the relevant agreement.
Privacy Policy
The company may process personal data provided through registration, forms, chats, expert communications, automated tools, cookies, and other website functions. This processing supports service delivery, communication, quality control, fraud prevention, marketing where allowed, and operational improvement.
